| Got an early start hit the water about 6 looked for a couple places on the way out but didn't find them. Got to the spot and drifted a couple of times lots of bites but couldn't get one in the boat. While messing around drifted way off of the spot and drifted over another spot. Sweet, marked it and dropped a couple of baits and decided to anchor on the first spot. Got the anchor set and caught my 2 in about 5 mins. There was one guy that got sick right away so he didn't even wet a hook. My other buddy and his son caught thier limit. No real monsters but a couple were about 24". I got a white bucktail jig out and caught a couple with a 712z setup with 20# braid. That was fun. Threw back several legal fish. Most fish were caught on cigs. We were back on the trailer at 10. Came home cleaned the boat and fish. Then had a nice fresh snapper lunch. MMMMMMMMMM Fresh Snapper. Nice Day seas were pretty nice too 1-2 with a nw wind around 10 knots.
