Last Thursday was down for a few days to enjoy some inshore fishing with my son and his friend. Put the boat in at Shoreline and headed east. Bad omen....about 1 mile something didn't feel right. Looked around and had forgotten main tackle bag....turned around and went back to truck. Headed back out and powered up to run east again. About 2/3 of the way to the Sykes bridge the old REELGOOD shuts down and won't recrank. With 15-20 winds from the north I'm thinking this is going to be a crappy way to get to my place at the beach. Along comes Capt. Eddie in his new Blazer Bay just in time...had a couple of clients but took the time to pull me to Shoreline. Thanks again for the tow Capt. and hope you got those sheepies.

We've got some great people to fish with in P'cola...just wish I got down more often.
