Went out again on sunday and had another, "Red Bustin' Day". We took ole Josey Wales with us this time. We hit the launch about 9:30 am and Fishermon already had the boat wet. Waiting on us. By 10:00 maybe 10:15 "WE WERE ON!!!" Only doubled this time. How about that. On the very first pass we hook up. The second pass produced only one. But the third pass, We all three fought and brought Reds to the boat. It was great. By now we were drawing a little attention from other boaters including a genlteman and his child on a kayak who told us later he had also caught one big one. Saw several folks hooked up. After lunch we eased other to the Gulf Breeze launch, which brings up another discussion for another time....eeeerrr, and picked up Fishermons son Eathan. We trolled for a couple more hours and gave him the chance to fight one of these huge fish that were as long or longer than he is tall. All of us had an absolute wonderful day. We did this until after 4:00. Kinda hoping all day we might pick up a grouper or two or even a keeper red. But we didnt, as all the reds ranged from 30 to 41 inches. By days end we had boated 9 bulls, Agiain and lost another three that I didnt get to the boat(probably due to just shear excitement) No worries though, it was just great being there. Look for the pics which are soon to follow from Fishermon. Sorry the report didnt make it last night folks. I was worn out.

Now that I recall , we lost two the other a Rapala tiger blue that I think Todd in the Bay ended up finding . Here are some pics.

| We were using quite the variety. Mostley stretch 25,s and a 30 or two ever noew and then. No one color really done better than the other. We had a tiger stripe with some green on it, a pink 30, as you can see in the pics, a silver bottom with blue on top 25, a white with blue on top 25, a Rapala 20 with a metal lip. it was silver and blue, a kinda camo colors 25 and we even tried a canary yellow 25 or maybe it was chartruese. Fishermon was right we even lost a coupl of em. "If you go,There's gonna be casualties" as Todd in the bay says. And he is soooooo right about that. Ya just dont know if ya just dont go. Luckily we did get ole Pinkey back. I saw Todd in the bay holding up somethin and was trying to tell us something too. Hopin he may have recovered the Rapala that was producing. We had a blast alright.
