I remember seeing you. I was the guy wearing the light brown Bass Pro hat and shades. Damn, didn't know you were a forum member or I would have introduced myself. I will be back out there again with my family on Monday the 7th. If you're out there, say hi. I will still be wearing the same hat :)

i got there late and threw on a shark tryin to get someone's hard tails..

he took the bait just not the hook... i was a 17 yr old in a shimano visor with a white guy harvey shirt and throwin a 706 and stradic

Sunday 29 June Report

Arrived at 9am fished until about 4pm at the P'cola Beach Pier. Got rained out temporarily around lunch time but quickly came back for more. Some kings on the deck in the morning with several hook ups and break offs afterwards. A few Spanish (I managed to land a fairly decent sized one and one smaller one using Gotchas). Hardtails were thick as usual. Saw a few schools of Tarpon just out of reach from the T and several good sized sharks. Flipper was out but didn't seem to be bothering us much and stayed far enough away from the pier to not interfere however, he did try to chase the big Spanish I caught but my reel was faster and he lost The highlight of my day was catching a hardtail on my Gotcha and having a big King take a swipe at it while I was reeling it in, got my heart pounding a little because I was using a light rod and tackle. Overall a fun day.
