Definitely check out the new Penn Sargus.  I have a small one and absolutely love it.  I know they have all sizes in stock at Half-Hitch in PC.  Probably in Destin too.

Life is too short to catch little fish.

Here is what I say go to a good tackle store and look at Daiwa and Shimano they both make great reels in that price range. I personally have steered clear of Penn ever since they were bought out by Shakespeare and import alot of their stuff from China. It simply doesn't hold up for the long haul.

A few years back. They were in deep trouble, trying to live off their past reputation without any new designs or innovations and they fell by the wayside. It used to be that Penn was the measuring stick everybody else tried to reach. Now ugh.

Shimano stradics are very nice. I got a 4000FI and use it for everything.  Line capacity is awesome. I got close to 300yards of 10lb braid on mine.  Just last week, I was aj fishing with it!  I got mine for around $180. Highly recommend it

I've gotta quantum boca 30 im trying sell for 80$ (its in the fishin stuff f/s section with pics). Not knockin the sustains or stradics cause they're nice also, but the boca's an cabo's are alot more durable and saltwater rated than those are and very close to being just as smooth. Not to mention the drags on the quantums are incredibly strong. Dan
